We at HYZAKK believe in complete customer satisfaction. Please review our policy for refunds and cancellations:


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

  • Once food preparation or packaging has started, cancellation may not be possible.

  • To cancel, email us at hyzakk693@gmail.com or call our helpline.


2. Refund Policy

  • If the order is cancelled within the permitted time, a full refund will be initiated.

  • If we are unable to deliver your order due to any reason from our side, a 100% refund will be provided.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


3. No Refund Cases

  • Once the product is delivered and consumed partially or fully, refunds will not be issued.

  • Taste preferences or dislike of the product does not qualify for refund.

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.


4. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If the product is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A replacement or refund will be initiated after verification.
