1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

Once food preparation or packaging has started, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Policy

If the order is cancelled within the permitted time, a full refund will be initiated.

If we are unable to deliver your order due to any reason from our side, a 100% refund will be provided.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. No Refund Cases

Once the product is delivered and consumed partially or fully, refunds will not be issued.

Taste preferences or dislike of the product does not qualify for refund.

Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If the product is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery.

A replacement or refund will be initiated after verification.
